Clients — an abbreviated version of this is in your session contract. Please read it entirely before you sign and return it to us.

Do NOT steal, borrow, screenshot, take (or any other verb that fits the concept), or edit (in any form or fashion) any photographs included on either of these business/portfolio websites and their galleries without written permission from CMP (formerly ROLP).  Violators will be given one opportunity (72 hours maximum) to remove any images/photographs from their websites/portfolios/blogs/domains/galleries/profiles before Christina McCall Photography and its staff will contact their hosting companies and domain registrants.  All images are copyrighted by us as of the moment we create them — this copyright is not sold nor transferred. This copyright extends 70 years past our date of death per US Copyright Protection Law.

Rather than steal, please just ask for permission first–rights for certain photographs will be granted on a fee basis.

If you are a client — we will gladly provide you with web-quality watermarked proofs of any print image you purchase for your blog/website/myspace/facebook profiles upon request – just ask please. You must post the fully watermarked proof as is — no cropping, adjusting, or photoshopping of images is allowed. Scanning images you’ve purchased prints of is illegal under US Copyright Protection laws.

Shipping Policies:
All regular print and digital orders will be shipped to the client/purchaser(s) within 10 business days from the time the order is placed unless delays are incurred from the printing company.

Custom boutique products and fine art canvases may take up to six weeks depending our our lab’s queue at the time of order submission (by us). If you have questions as to the order status of your order you may contact CMP via email. All orders are insured through whichever shipping method is selected.

We also will deliver orders in-person if you reside in Athens or Tyler — or any town located along Hwy 31 East between Athens and Tyler. There is no fee for in-person delivery along this route. In person delivery within a 50 mile radius of Athens is $5.00 per order.

Prints and Products Policy:
Due to their custom nature, premium and luxe prints, mounted wall portrait art, luxe canvases, albums, holiday cards/announcements, and matted proof sets are purchased as-is. Any defects / color quality /damage discovered by the photographer upon return from the printer will be reordered without additional charge. Rather than drop ship your order directly from our printer company, we hand-inspect each image before it is delivered to you – we compare color quality to our calibrated monitors and verify each image is not damaged in any way prior to carefully packaging your order.

Custom Boutique Products (excluding matted proof sets): We will send you a link to view any custom boutique product prior to placing the order with our printers (i.e. albums, coffee table books, cards, and collages). A maximum of two changes may be made before we place the order with the printer; additional design changes beyond this will incur a $25 per hour design fee. You are required to sign off on all custom design work — it is NOT submitted to our labs until you approve it via the final confirmation form. Once we submit the order to our printer, no additional changes may be made. Upon receipt from our printers, we compare color quality to our calibrated monitors and verify each product is not damaged in any way prior to carefully packaging your order.

Photographs and photo related products may not be returned for any reason other than damage incurred during shipment (via USPS or FedEx) from our studio to your home.

Gallery/Pricing Policy:

All prints, collections, and products are listed with current (as of the date of your session confirmation) pricing.

The maximum number of images in a gallery is 55. Should your session produce more images than that (i.e. extended family session or any session that produces multiple groupings of people that cannot be narrowed down), a separate gallery will be created for each grouping/family unit.

Pricing on digital collections of images (i.e. all low resolution options) of an entire gallery are based on the setup above — in other words, pricing is based on a typical gallery with 30 – 50 images (for Serendipity Sessions, 15 (lite) – 30 (luxe) images). Should your session produce enough spectacular images to create two separate galleries (this typically only happens with family sessions), digital collections apply by the gallery, not by the session.

Once a gallery expires, a gallery may be reactivated or extended at pricing current as of the reactivation/extension date for an additional 7 days; however, a $35 reloading fee must be paid prior to a gallery’s  activation/extension.
