Among the various shops and sights we enjoyed in Estes Park, this one’s probably the most famous sight thanks to Stephen King … the Stanley Hotel. Another sight where the 16-35 mm lens I rented came in handy …

While I can’t say any of the famous spirits made their presence known to me personally (I left with all my jewelry intact and wasn’t scared out of rooms 217 or 404), there was one kid on the tour that insisted on *seeing* quite a bit of activity while on the tour of the hotel!

Hey! I’m heading up to Colorado in September for a weekend conference. And I believe it’s very close to Estes Park! I’ll be in Windsor, CO, north of Denver. I’m SO excited to finally get to Colorado. It’s so beautiful. And chances are I’ll be living up there next summer, whoohoo!!
